Mr Lungile Oliphant is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa for more than 25 years. He holds a BSc and LLB from the University of Cape Town (UCT). He is a specialist in maritime law and practice. His other fields of expertise include, competition law, domestic and international contracts and legal compliance auditing, planning and management in corporate environments.
